Biblical Life & Relationship Coaching
Clarify Your Thinking. Align Your Inner World. Cultivate Shalom.
Hi, I’m Kisha Gallagher, a Biblical Life and Relationship coach. I help people who love God but feel stuck, conflicted, or unsure of their next steps begin to think clearly and move forward with confidence—in their life and in their relationships.
Many of the people I work with already know what they should do, but something inside doesn’t line up. They feel pulled in different directions, repeat the same patterns, or struggle to follow through on what matters most.
That’s where coaching comes in.
In many ways, this is similar to working with an athletic coach. An athlete may have knowledge, ability, and desire—but still struggle to perform consistently. A coach doesn’t play the game for them. They help them see what they can’t see on their own, make adjustments, and practice new ways of responding until it becomes natural.
That’s what I do with thinking, decisions, and relationships.
I help you slow things down, sort through what’s really going on, and recognize the patterns shaping your responses. From there, we begin to make small, intentional shifts so you can respond differently—with clarity, steadiness, and alignment with your faith, values, and goals.
People come to me when they are:
- Facing an important decision and feel stuck or uncertain
- Experiencing tension or disconnection in a relationship
- Repeating patterns they don’t know how to change
- Feeling internally conflicted, overwhelmed, or unclear
- Trying to move forward, but something keeps holding them back
- Seeking genuine self-reflection and self-discovery
- Trying to reach a challenging goal
- Tired of dealing with a harsh inner critic or are prone to self-sabotage
You don’t need more pressure or more information. You need space to think clearly and respond intentionally.
If that resonates with you, this is a place to begin.

Sometimes it’s hard to know what to do next when something in your life or relationship feels unclear, stuck, or unresolved. This call is a place to begin.
We’ll talk about what’s going on, what you’ve been trying, and where things feel difficult or uncertain. My role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you begin to sort through what may be contributing to the situation—without rushing to fix it.
I’ll also share how I approach coaching, the kinds of challenges I help people work through, and what the process typically looks like so you can decide if it’s a good fit for you.
This is not a coaching session, and there’s no pressure to move forward. It’s simply a focused, honest conversation to help you gain a little more clarity about your situation and whether coaching would be helpful for what you’re facing.

FAQs
How are the coaching sessions conducted?
Coaching sessions are typically conducted via Zoom, allowing flexibility and accessibility regardless of location. Sessions are conversational and structured, creating a focused space for reflection, discussion, and practical insight. In some cases, in-person sessions or group formats may be offered, depending on the program.
What is Biblical Life and Relationship coaching?
Biblical Life and Relationship coaching focuses on two closely connected areas: how you understand and respond to yourself, and how you relate to others—both grounded in the wisdom of Scripture. While these can be discussed separately, they are deeply interconnected in everyday life.
Life coaching centers on increasing self-awareness, clarity, and intentional choice. It helps you examine patterns of thinking, assumptions, values, and internal responses in light of the Word of God, so your decisions and actions become more aligned rather than automatic.
This process is especially helpful when you want to think more clearly about direction, understand internal conflict, and move from reactive patterns into intentional, value-driven responses. The goal is not to fix who you are, but to expand awareness so you have greater freedom in how you respond.
Relationship coaching focuses on how those internal patterns are expressed in your interactions with others. It brings attention to communication habits, expectations, emotional responses, and relational dynamics across personal, family, or leadership settings.
This work is helpful when you want to improve communication, recognize recurring patterns, navigate conflict or boundaries, and respond thoughtfully rather than react under pressure.
As internal awareness grows, relationships often begin to shift. And as relational challenges surface, they often reveal areas for personal growth. Coaching brings these together—helping you think clearly, relate intentionally, and make choices that reflect both biblical truth and what matters most in your life.
What commitment is required?
Coaching is a process that unfolds over time, much like working with an athletic coach. You would not expect to build strength, endurance, or skill in a single session. Progress comes through consistent practice, guided feedback, and a willingness to engage the process—even when it stretches you.
In the same way, coaching works best when you show up consistently, reflect between sessions, and begin applying what you are learning in real-life situations. Insight is important, but lasting change comes through repetition, awareness, and intentional action over time.
For most people, this process begins to take shape over the course of a few months. That window allows enough space to identify patterns, work through them, and begin establishing new ways of thinking and responding. While every situation is different, coaching is most effective when it is approached as a short-term journey rather than a single conversation.
It is also normal to experience some discomfort along the way. In athletics, this is often the point where muscles are being challenged and growth is taking place. In coaching, it can look like becoming aware of patterns that were previously automatic or confronting choices that require a different response. That tension is not a setback—it is often the space where real breakthrough begins.
The pace and structure will vary depending on the type of coaching, but expectations are discussed clearly at the beginning so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
What results can I expect from coaching?
You can expect increased clarity, improved decision-making, and the ability to move beyond limiting patterns with a more intentional approach to life and relationships. This often leads to greater confidence, deeper peace, and meaningful progress in both personal and relational areas.
While outcomes vary, most people notice clear shifts in how they understand themselves, make decisions, and respond to others. One of the primary results is increased awareness. Scripture speaks to this as guarding the heart—the inner place of thought, intention, and response (Proverbs 4:23). Coaching helps bring these inner patterns into the light so they can be examined and aligned with truth, allowing you to move from automatic reactions to more intentional, Spirit-led responses.
Many also experience renewed thinking, reflecting the biblical pattern of transformation through the renewing of the mind (Romans 12:2). As your thinking becomes more aligned, decisions that once felt overwhelming often become clearer and more grounded.
In relationships, this often leads to more thoughtful communication, healthier boundaries, and wiser responses under pressure. Over time, this process produces greater stability and alignment—what Scripture describes as shalom: a life brought into right order, where your inner world and outward life begin to agree.

How do I know if the coaching is working?
Coaching effectiveness is often reflected in observable changes such as clearer decision-making, shifts in perspective or mindset, increased confidence, progress toward your goals or personal growth, and more intentional responses to challenges and relationships. Ongoing reflection and feedback during sessions also help assess progress and ensure the work remains aligned with your goals.
Who can benefit from this coaching?
Coaching may be helpful for individuals, leaders, or teams who want greater clarity, improved relational dynamics, or more intentional ways of navigating decisions, transitions, or complexity. It is particularly well-suited for those who value self-reflection, are open to examining patterns and mindset, and want to approach change thoughtfully rather than reactively.
